In celebration and anticipation of the Puma x ICNY FAAS 100 shoe, ICNY releases a video showcasing the fully reflective, all-red running shoe in action. The one-minute short film captures the athlete as readies himself and sets out for an early morning run. Driven by passion, the protagonist disappears into the dark, desolate, and wintry Brooklyn streets. Directed by Kellen Dengler, the video highlights the hi-visibility reflectivity features of the collaborative runner in its intended environment.
The Puma x ICNY "Heartbreaker" FAAS 100 will be available exclusively from the 7th February on icnysport.com. The global drop to follow on the 14th February.

In our latest HYPEBEAST Spaces installation, we take a look at the multidisciplinary space Kinfolk 94, located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Providing a physical platform for artists and creatives alike to express themselves, Kinfolk 94 offers an experience that encompasses retail, relaxation and an event space as well as a cocktail service. The huge but intimate place includes a magnificent geodesic dome, which pays homage to Creative Director, Maceo Eagle's hometown of Port Townsend, Washington where boats are plentiful. Furthermore, the utilization of cedar wood and douglas fir is a throwback to the team's roots and looks to make patrons as comfortable as possible, evoking memories of rustic tree houses from younger ages. Enjoy the video above and head over to Kinfolk to find out more about current and future locations.

To celebrate the launch of his newest collaboration with adidas Originals, Pharrell Williams visited the Superstar Experience at 138 Wooster Street to surprise 50 high school artists with an evening of inspiration and creativity that they will never forget. The young creators were invited to customize their own pair of white on white Superstar 80s that would become part of a special art installation displayed in the space.
As the artists wrapped up their custom sneakers, Pharrell was revealed as the guest of honor. He then took time to admire their designs and about creativity as the vehicle of a true Superstar, innovation and artistic expression. He introduced his protégé, Raury, who talked about following your dreams and staying dedicated to what inspires you. Raury took the stage with the kids’s creations as the backdrop to his private performance. DMC and the BAES kept the energy high throughout the evening and provided motivation and encouragement.
The students were selected based on their passion for art, design and fashion from three different NYC schools: High School of Fashion Industries, Harlem School of the Arts, and The Avenues.
